What are the rates ?
Due to the nature of miniatures, we can’t simply publish a prices list. It’s never a simple question of “size and scale”. For example, an Ogre in full plate armor can be really simplier to paint than a Halfling with rich and detailed clothes! Or, in case of human size models, an Eldar Arlequin painted in Level 1 (Soldier Bug) could be really tricky, more than a normal Eldar soldier in Level 2 (Knight Bug)!
Also, assembling and cleaning could be very easy or very hard, depending on the model. A miniature well casted in one piece of white metal, from the glorious 90’s, it’s very easy to clean ! But a recently cast model, rich of many pieces to assemble, can be very long to prepare.
So, we can’t just publish a list. Feel free to ask us every questions by mail or phone, it’s the most accurate way to know the cost of the required service.

Of course not ! Don’t worry, questions are always free of charge !
What is included in the price ?
If we must do the complete job, we’ll charge you for cleaning, assembly, painting in the selected level, basing the models, packaging. The shipment cost must be added to the final price.
Obviously, if you have cleaned and assembled the miniatures by yourself, we just charge you the painting, the basing and the packaging.
Hmm. Not bad, but must VAT (Value Added Taxes) be added to the final price?
No, rates are VAT included !
Ok, I want to pay you ! How can I ?
We can accept payments via transfer on our Bank Account (you will receive the coordinates included in the invoice). We are working to add PayPal as payment system.
Do you require any advance payment ?
No. You will pay when the job is done, before the shipment.
Can you buy the miniatures for me ?
No, we offer a Service. We’re not a shop.
Is there a minimal order size or value ?
No, there is no minimal order size. You can send us a single miniature or a whole army.
I have some assembled miniatures, can I send them for painting? Even if they have some colors on ?
Send us a picture, we can discuss about what to do with them.
Will you send me a work-in-progress pictures of my models ?
Absolutely yes ! We need just a mail or (even better) a phone number to send pictures by WhattsApp or Messenger.
Will you paint to my custom specification ?
Of course, it’s our job !
Will you paint a unit to match my existing army colors’ scheme?
Of course. We need just a good picture of your models or (even better) a pre-painted model to copy.
Can I add a scenic wooden plinth to the painted model ?
Of course. In this case, we’ll suggest you to choose the Level 4 (King Bug) for the painting.
Can I combine different levels within one unit ?
Yes, you can. For example, you can have 26 Goblins painted at Level 2 (Knight Bug), 3 Goblins (Champion, Standard Bearer, Musician) at Level 3 (King’s Guard Bug) and 1 Goblin Hero painted at Level 4 (King Bug) to create a 30 Goblins Unit.
Will you do conversions ?
Some small conversions and swaps can be included in the price, yes.
Will you do freehands on banners or flat surfaces ?
We LOVE to do freehands !
What about the leftover bits and parts?
When we assembly the miniatures for you, we keep the unused parts for the time of the job. When the job is done we can give them back to you (remember to evaluate the shipment price) or we can keep’em (in this case, we can arrange a small discount on the final price).
